Strawberry Syrup (with the double-take inducing abbreviation of SS) is the demented creative love child of A. Meyer, better known to the internet as Kit or Kitsune64, and N. Rollason, who goes by Konitsu in her online time. It's pretty much what happens when you watch too much anime and get to wondering why the half-vampires always angst so gosh darn much. Then things get weird, as they're bound to do when two fantasy writers - one a manga artist and one who is concerned with guys doing untoward things to other guys - get together.

It's not actually a 'slash' comic, despite what Koni thinks. Koni thinks a lot of strange things. Mostly, she's employed in throwing out plot ideas, aiding and abetting character creation, writing things like this "About" page, and attempting to tone the pages without forgetting entire patches of color. She also makes a bevy of inappropriate jokes about Sammy and Hunter that don't make it into print.

Kit, for the sanity of all involved, is in charge of drawing the comic and finalizing the script. She's the one with the artistic talent, and most of the final project is her brilliant doing. The one more likely to recognize American pop culture jokes and not know hideously embarrassing things about the internet. Plays WoW, where her main is, somewhat ironically, an Alliance warlock.
